Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day, everyone! I know that I am a little early, but I probably won't get on the computer too much this weekend.

As we all get in our cars to head off for a fun family weekend, or we pull out the grill for a party, we need to all remember what Monday is really about. I remember every year what the true meaning is of Memorial Day. Here are my 3 reasons for remembering:

My Grandpa Abrams served in the Marine Corps during WWII. I am greatful that I still have him in my life and that he put his life on the line so that I could live in this great nation. Love you, Grampa!
My Grandpa Wells served in the Marines during the Korean War. He is no longer with us, but to him I am greatful for his hard work and dedication. I miss him dearly.
My Dad served as a Marine in the Vietnam War. While he didn't have to go over there and fight, he was willing to go. Thank you, Daddy, for caring for your country enough to be willing to put yourself into harms way. I love you!

To eveyone of our men and women that are in the military, thank you for the fight that you are continuing today. We, all, in America appreciate you. May God bless all of you and your families this weekend and every day.
